If you have problems going to sleep at night like me there is 3 things I usually do so I can get some sleep. Some people may not apply to this, some probably will, but hey it might help.

1. Read a Book ๐Ÿ“–

2. Chamomile Tea ๐Ÿต

3. Glass of red wine ๐Ÿท

Reading in my room while itโ€™s nice and quiet is so relaxing.

I damp my lights down a little and pretty much have myself

Comfy for bed time. Reading will tire you out and pretty much start to make you tired.

Chamomile tea before bed time is so perfect, especially people who suffer from anxiety and depression. It relaxes your mind, and once you lay down after you drink the tea, you feel ๐Ÿ’ฏ% better.

Glass of red wine before bed is very relaxing. Glass of wine relaxes your mind, body, and soul, I swear wine have you feeling so relaxed, itโ€™s possible to fall asleep sitting up ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ. Itโ€™s the best feeling by far I swear.
