Update on my weight loss journey

Update on my weight loss. I have lost 9 pounds within two weeks, by doing my detox smoothie and water + working out at least 5times a week, eating only small meals, and having healthy snacks a couple times out the day. My stomach is burning a lot of fat, my thighs are toning up more although they always been toned, and my arms are toning up as well.

Words canโ€™t express how good I feel I went from 150-230, 230-209, 209-200. It has been the worst nightmare of my life, people always tell me things like โ€œSeqouia, you gain so much weightโ€ or โ€œYou use to be so skinny, what happened?โ€.

People opinion donโ€™t matter to me any more I am extremely happy and have a lot more to lose, but I got use to my thighs and itโ€™s clear that my thighs arenโ€™t going anywhere lol so Iโ€™m just working on toning them! If there are any good personal trainers and California please dm me ๐Ÿ˜Š.

185 is my goal and I just want to tone everything, flat tummy, nice butt, thick toned thighs. Anyways love yourself because I for sure love me and Iโ€™m going to continue what Iโ€™m doing and not give up!

Keep that confidence going, love yourself, be fearless, be into yourself more then anybody ever have. I had to learn that going through my over weight journey, because at times I really felt ugly, fat, useless, and just over myself. I’m happy that I am able to share with others the real about my personal life.

LOOK AT ME, GLOWING, HAPPY, LOVING MYSELF, HAPPY THAT I GOT ON THAT WEIGHT SCALE AND IT SAID 200 POUNDS. I STILL GOT A LOT MORE WEIGHT TO GET OFF AND IM READY TO SEE MY NEXT RESULTS IN A COUPLE WEEKS.
